THE WILLOWS

The Willows offers historic hut and homestead accommodation options to suit your needs and budget. There’s 2 rustic huts, O’Connells Hut, a log hut built in 1904 and also Iron Hut, built in the 1940’s. Both are comfortable, self contained and feature wood burners, camp fires and an outdoor dunny. They have open plan kitchen,/living areas, double and single beds and a bathroom.

Due to the remote location there is no mains power. Solar and hydro provides the power and therefore hair dryers don’t work, there’s no tv and mobile reception is at best patchy, so turn off your phone and tune into the beauty of your surrounds.

The Homestead offers 2 sections for bed and breakfast accommodation, the main house and guest house. Meals are served in the main house and there’s a communal dining table and open fire. The guest house features six rooms in a range of bedding configurations, wood fire, kitchen/dining area and 2 shared bathrooms. Linen and towels are provided in all accommodation options.
