The Alpine Hotel is a heritage-listed icon that has been at the heart of Bright since 1868, proudly standing opposite the clock tower in the centre of town. The Alpine Hotel’s professional chefs deliver a diverse dining experience across the venue – from the relaxed, casual atmosphere of the bar and Bistro 1868, complete with open fire and a thoughtfully curated menu, to family-friendly options including a dedicated kids menu.

The newest addition, Tigre Vita, is an Italian-inspired trattoria located upstairs. Showcasing locally sourced regional produce, it offers a warm and welcoming dining experience in a beautifully renovated space. Be transported to Italy – no passport required! Tigre Vita is open Thursday to Saturday evenings from 5:30pm, with bookings recommended.
