Professional chefs at The Alpine Hotel offer a variety of menu choices available from the relaxed and casual dining experience of the Bistro and Bar to the quiet ambience of Restaurant 1868 with open fire and gourmet menu selections.  This family friendly hotel also offers a dedicated menu and play area for children.  The most recent dining addition to this historic hotel is Tigre Vita, an Italian-inspired provedore providing a seasonal menu produced from locally sourced regional produce to entice your taste buds.  Located upstairs, you can expect to find a newly refurbished restaurant that offers a fine dining experience that is warm and welcoming.  Tigre Vita operates Wednesday – Sunday nights with seatings commencing at 6.00 pm – bookings are essential.
