David and Anne founded Milawa Cheese Company in the historic Milawa Butter Factory in 1988, then they set out to make delicious Australian farmhouse cheeses inspired by European methods, there vision continues into the next generation with their daughter Ceridwen now at the helm.

At Milawa Cheese Company, they love working with people to make the cheese tower of their dreams. The iconic range of handmade cheeses includes bries, blues and cheddar, delicate goats milk chevres and classic camembert.  Cheese towers for your wedding or special occasion are made to your specification, to be picked up from Milawa or delivered to your High Country destination.  Milawa Cheese Company will be with you every step of the way, from choosing the right cheeses to the right portions, and providing advice on how to store and serve. A cheese tower is also a delicious way to highlight local produce as part of your event.
