Merrimeet is where you will find an English woodland garden only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Bright that’s home to a grand Tudor house featuring 3 apartments and also 3 river cottages. The gardens are spectacular year round, but in Spring, dogwoods, azaleas and rhododendrons provide stunning colour and in Autumn the leaves put on a brilliant show, delighting Guests. The gardens flow on to the Canyon Walk alongside the Ovens River and provide easy access to the centre of Bright.

Each of the accommodation options have a garden outlook and feature a wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioning and are fully self contained with well equipped kitchens. Merrimeet is owned and run by a family of 5 who provide a warm welcome to Guests who enjoy returning year after year.
