Indigo uses sustainable practices in the vineyard including tonnes of mulch and compost, applying biodynamic applications to promote soil health and getting rid of chemical herbicides. A flock of Dorper sheep do their part by keeping down the grass between the vines, reducing use of diesel and soil compaction while putting fertiliser back into the earth.
Indigo’s lamb, with its free-range, paddock-to-plate provenance, is available online and at cellar door.
