IMPERIAL HOTEL

BOMBALA

High Country pubs are where locals gather for a catch up over a beer and a meal and to also celebrate milestones.  Visitors know a warm welcome will be received, along with hearty fare and often the chance to enjoy some local beverages they haven’t tried before.  Since 1872, this has been the case for Bombala, at the southern end of the Monaro Plains, with the Imperial Hotel standing proudly in the heart of town.

Proud owners Paul, Mark and Mick serve up a modern Australian menu where all the food is homemade with a focus on fresh, quality produce showcasing the flavours of the region.  You can look forward to warm, old fashioned country hospitality and a comfortable place to stay in their superb guest rooms, featuring AH Beard King Koil beds.

Bar and dining options include the Main Bar, Lounge and Blue Room, and the Imperial prides itself on offering regional brews from The Dalgety Brewing Co, North of Eden Gin and schnapps from Wild Brumby Distillery.  The Imperial has also become renowned as Bombala’s home of entertainment with regular live music and events and there’s plenty of room to hold your next function so get in touch and start planning!
