Greenwood Cottages is located in the quiet High Country hamlet of Tolmie, at around 800 metres altitude, between the Delatite Valley to the south, where Mansfield and Mt Buller are found, and the renowned wine and foodie haven of the King Valley, to the north.  This 9 acre property is a peaceful retreat where a 2 bedroom cottage and open spaces among park-like grounds, can be yours for a holiday!

Greenwood is a year-round destination, enjoying cooler Summers than the surrounding valleys, but in Winter the nights can be warmer as the cold air falls from these hills bringing frosts to the valley floor below.  The cottage is cosy and comfortable with its combustion fireplace and is a welcoming place to return to after a day at Mt Buller.  There’s a well-equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 guests and the bedrooms each include a king bed, robes and quality furnishings.  There’s a wall mounted tv in the main bedroom and one in the open plan lounge/dining area.

There’s a substantial outdoor deck, with table for 6 and an undercover alfresco area with comfortable seating and a tranquil outlook that’s the perfect place to sit within nature.  Enjoy the chorus of birds throughout the shady tall trees and open grassy landscape where kids love exploring and running around.  A local mobile massage service can be pre-booked to add some extra relaxation to your stay.  Guests can enjoy 10% off meals at the nearby Tolmie Tavern.  Wine tours can be arranged with pick up from the cottage.
