Held annually on Easter Sunday, since the late 1800’s, the Tambo Valley Picnic Races are a big part of Victoria’s picnic racing tradition. The race track is 2kms north of Swifts Creek on the Great Alpine Rd & 25kms south of Omeo. There’s gourmet food, bar & kids entertainment, on course betting, fashions on the field, with 6 races throughout the afternoon. 1pm start.
