Since 1986 the Alpine Classic has been a favourite for many & is now the premier alpine cycling event in Victoria.  In 2023 with the Falls Creek course being cancelled, there are still 7 different courses to choose from ranging from moderate (60km Mt Beauty ride) right through to the seriously challenging 250km which includes includes Mt Buffalo, Tawonga Gap, Mt Hotham & Dinner Plain, with over 5400m of climbing. It will challenge you to the edge of your ability and then instantly reward you with breathtaking views.  It’s not a race, but all about personal achievement & the weekend also features the French festival ‘Bonjour Bright’ featuring live music, the Bright Brewery bar, kids entertainment, movies in the park, a wide range of food vendors and more.
