The Alexandra Museum is hosting a huge machinery festival in the grounds of the heritage station featuring a wide range of steam and internal combustion machinery, vintage cars and a working blacksmith exhibition.  There will be food trucks and a chance to socialise with experts, steam train rides, working sationary engines and kids activities, all operating from 9am-3.30pm Saturday and Sunday.
