Choccas Bright specialises in artisan panned chocolates, rolling Australia’s finest fruits and nuts in premium European couverture chocolate. Our products are handcrafted onsite, using our state-of-the-art panning machine, in it’s own purpose-built room. We also make & stock a range of complimentary chocolate delights, such as fruit & nut clusters, rocky road & brownies.
We create the MOST delicious Belgian hot chocolates, &, because we use “real” chocolate, not drinking chocolate powder, you have the choice of dark (suitable for vegans), milk, caramel or white chocolate (or a combo!).
Our coffee is locally-roasted at Myrtleford, by Coffee Chakra, so it’s always fresh & full of flavour.
Over the cooler months, there’s usually a batch of hot cinnamon or jam donuts on the go too, and we also top our plain donuts in chocolate for a bit of fun.
Year-round, we also offer quality ice cream in cones or cups, & associated milkshakes, thickshakes, iced chocolate & iced coffee (the crowd-favourite!).
You’ll find us at 2C Anderson Street, Bright – just look for the burnt orange & chocolate shop front, next to Gum Tree Pies. We’re open Thursdays to Mondays, from 10am to 5pm. Roll on in – you’re bound to find something to warm you up, satisfy your choc craving or take home to share, or all three!
