Thredbo Valley Horse Riding was established in 1993 and is a premier horse riding destination for adults and children, from beginners to advanced, offering a ride for everyone. They can provide a simple pony ride for the kids through to longer rides for the more adventurous.  Group and private rides available

Nev & Linda Barrass, owner/operators of Thredbo Valley Horse Riding, have a passion for their beautiful horses and play an important role in trying to protect and support the wild brumbies that live in the Snowy Mountains.  They love the history of the High Country and are committed to the horses of the mountains, which is what gives Thredbo Valley Horse Riding its unique character and keeps visitors coming back year after year.

Offering pony rides for littlies under 8 years old on quiet horses and 1 – 2 hour rides, half day rides and longer specialty rides available.  Thredbo Valley Horse Riding has reached a significant milestone by earning Horse Safety Australia site accreditation, reflecting their dedication to the highest safety standards in the industry.
