Nimmitabel Bakery has been operating for over 60 years and is the only place to go for pie connoisseurs when visiting the Snowy Mountains region. But even for those that do not class themselves in that boat there is a huge range of traditional bakery sweet treats to tempt any tastebud.

Nimmitabel Bakery is home to George the Elephant, a life-sized statue of a Balinese Elephant.
