INDI ECO COLLECTIVE

Corryong, in the Upper Murray region of North East Victoria has a very special and unique store called Indi Eco Collective.  Owners, Andrea and Rohan, have selected only the best earth-friendly products from like-minded suppliers with the same ethical values. Products must be eco-friendly, fair trade, natural, chemical-free, and not tested on animals. 

It means that every product they stock is not harmful to the environment, is sourced from ethical businesses who follow fair trade and cruelty free practices, is sustainable so materials are long-lasting, can be recycled or compostable and uses less packaging. And it’s affordable and therefore more achievable to make the switch to living an earth-friendly lifestyle.

‘The Collective’ part of the store showcases the local talent of artists that reside in the regional area, including oil paintings, plant dyed silk garments, photography, upcycled clothing, spin painting and French-inspired recycled furniture.  An example of the upcycled clothing available are children’s vests made from vintage woollen blankets that have proven very popular.

You will find products like chemical free laundry and dishwashing liquids on tap, that are septic and grey water safe and Bokashi composting bins for your kitchen scraps. There are organic teas, natural soaps and a range of pet health products and treats that are organic, natural and preservative free, along with many more fantastic products available in store and online.
