BILLSON’S BREWERY

Billson’s Brewery is in the heart of Beechworth, North-East Victoria. Established in 1865 at the height of Beechworth’s Gold Rush, the historic heritage-listed Billson’s Brewery has been producing premium beverages for over 150 years.

While visiting the historic brewery make sure you experience the Tasting Room to sample the full range of traditional cordials, classic sodas and hand crafted spirits and stock up on limited edition cellar door releases. Book in to enjoy a meal and freshly brewed beer and cordials in the family friendly Taproom restaurant or soak up the sunshine with friends in the Beer Garden – dogs are welcome here, too. You can even catch a glimpse of the Billson’s team hard at work producing those childhood favourites such as Portello, from the Factory Viewing Deck.

Billson’s Speakeasy is a sophisticated hidden gem, the perfect place for cocktails or a glass of local wine in the evenings.
